“All State Band Members: There are two forms which MUST be completed, printed and brought to the first rehearsal on February 5th along with your housing fee of $275 for four to a room OR $325 if you want two persons per room. If choosing two to a room, you MUST be sure the person you will be rooming with agrees and is paying the additional amount. (For two to a room, you must present your forms together.) The Medical Form must be completed, printed and signed by a parent or guardian and brought to the rehearsal. You may complete the housing form online and bring your check (made payable to NJMEA) to the rehearsal with the medical form or click on this link to complete the housing information and pay by credit card and bring the medical form to the first rehearsal.

There is also a $25.00 acceptance fee that must be paid. You may add that to your $275/$325 check or add it when paying by credit card. ($300/$350).
