How to Exhibit with NJMEA
All exhibitors are asked to complete the contract linked at the bottom of this page. Methods of submission for contract are:

All booths will be located in Exhibit Hall A. There is no pre-function area. Booth size is 10’x10’ with pipe and drape in the back and on the sides. The price for the initial booth is $700 and includes carpeting, two chairs, and sign, and 2 badges. Each additional Booth is $600. Additional badges may be purchased for $25 each. If you have a free-standing display it must fit in the space.
If you submit your contract and pay by October 15th, you may choose your booth space. A floor plan is included in the Exhibitors Kit. Choice will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If your first choice is taken you will be contacted for a second choice.
Included in the Exhibitors Kit is information about our Door Prize Raffle and our NEW “EXHIBIT BINGO.” Please consider participating in both.
